Seeking Legal Secretary Litigation with litigation experience. Candidate will support multiple lawyers handling Civil litigation matters in the region. Prior experience in a Civil Litigation law firm is a plus. Must have: Knowledge of filing procedures in local Circuit and District Courts Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Microsoft Office proficiency Proactive work style, taking initiative to anticipate attorney needs. Familiarity with document management systems Responsibilities include document preparation; scheduling depositions; court filings; organization and maintenance of discovery files; trial preparation, expense reports; travel arrangements; time entry; billing edits; and other traditional support functions.
