Associate Attorney The candidate will work product - including analysis of legal issues and drafting legal memos and pleadings. Will assist in defense of agency charges of discrimination, lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and advice and counseling to client on such issues. Represent corporate clients in court, before administrative agencies, at mediation and arbitration in a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination, contract, employment tort and non-compete cases. Function as a collegial Team player in support of two partners in a full range of employment litigation. JD degree from accredited law school is needed. Should have 2-3 years of legal labor and employment and/or litigation experience, preferably representing employers in workplace law and employment litigation. Virginia Bar admittance. Excellent written and oral communication skill is needed.
