Personal Injury Lawyer / Workers Compensation Attorney The candidate should be an experienced Personal Injury Attorney and Workers' Compensation attorney / WCB Hearing Representative. Should have 1 year experience required in any of the following: NY Plaintiff's Personal Injury; NY Claimant Workers' Compensation or NY No-Fault laws; Duties include: Handling a caseload / Court appearances / negotiating settlements. Daily Client contact - building client relationships. Daily contact with insurance adjusters / defense attorneys / WCB / Courts, Medical facilities for scheduling, etc.. directing paralegals to request medical reports / records. Bi-lingual / Spanish speaking a plus.
