Litigation Paralegal The candidate work independently with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Will directly support partner and associate attorneys in litigation, bankruptcy and reorganization and transactional practice areas. Document review and document management; assisting in motion and trial preparation. Direct involvement in document-intensive commercial litigation and business bankruptcy matters. Handle extensive projects requiring both basic and advanced Microsoft Excel competencies. Assist the firm's transactional practice in areas of banking and finance, real estate and corporate. Should have Graduation from an American Bar Association approved Legal Assistant/Paralegal Program or Certification through NALA, NFPA or NALS. Must have 2+ years of paralegal experience.
