Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be drafting routine correspondence and maintain established contact with clients, medical providers, and attorney's offices. Ordering medical records and bills. Preparation and submission of settlement packages. Assisting with written discovery. Assisting with trial preparation. Ensure and maintain case reviews as outline in the manual. Preparation and submission of medical payments. Ensure and maintain initial and follow up contact with the clients. Effective Communication and great customer service skills. Should have 1-2 years of Personal Injury petitioner experience. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with case management systems required. Must have strong verbal and written communication. Should have excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading skills. Typing 60 wpm is preferred.
