Associate Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate responsibilities will include: Represent clients in court; Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients; Analysis of clients needs; Negotiate settlements for legal disputes; Comply with all legal standards and regulations; Perform administrative functions related to the practice of law. Must have 1-3 years experience in law. Should have familiarity with various legal documents. Strong analytical and problem solving skills are must. Bilingual - Spanish/English is a plus.
