Associate Attorney - Workers Compensation Defense Candidate must have: JD Degree. Law License. 3+ years of Associate Attorney Experience. 3+ years of Workers Compensation Defense Experience. 3+ years of experience taking a case to trial. 3+ years of experience pertaining to Florida Workers Compensation Statutes and their applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Punctual and professional work ethic. Knowledge of Florida Work Comp Statutes (and their applications) and Workers Compensation defense experience is a must. Requires the use of independent judgment, litigation, research, and analytical skills.
