Part-time Immigration Paralegal Qualifications: Must have 2+ years experience in an immigration law firm as a Paralegal. Complex AOS and CP cases, waivers, and applications before the EOIR and BIA. Should be intelligent and possess the requisite experience to be comfortable working independently with little training; experience with employment-based visas is a plus. Should be more reliable than spontaneous; enjoy interacting with people and working on group projects, doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction; focus on the details of work than the bigger picture, taking on challenges, even if they might fail, working with little direction. Should preferably work in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity. Should have thrived in a high-pressure environment.
