Litigation Attorney The candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, negotiate settlements, and go to court. Will represent clients in court. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Negotiate settlements. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Should have previous experience in litigation. Familiarity with various legal documents is required. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
