Attorney - Business Litigation Candidate will handle all discovery, draft motions, prepare and respond to complaints, negotiate settlements or engage in trial; and Court Appearances. Must have: Experience in Employment, Contracts and General Business Litigation. Family law or PI experience a plus. Able to handle a civil case from start to finish without supervision. Able to draft and file responses/complaints. Well versed in general business litigation matters.
