Per Diem Divorce And Family Law Paralegal The candidate will be involved in the preparation of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs), preparation of other legal pleadings, answers to interrogatories, and case information statements. Oversea the preparation of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders by having the client fill out forms, communicate with the adversary and the QDRO preparation company. Prepare and draft legal pleadings. Prepare Answers to interrogatories. Prepare case information statements. Must have srong analytical and problem-solving skills. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should have 4+ years of substantial experience as New Jersey divorce/family law paralegal.
