Patent and Biotech Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys across various practice groups with meeting the duty of disclosure in US and foreign jurisdictions for patent portfolios. Will closely manage the deadlines associated with the duty of disclosure across foreign and US jurisdictions for assigned clients and works collaboratively and effectively with attorneys, clients and other staff to collect necessary materials and prepare and timely file Information Disclosure Statements. Responsible for assisting the Biotech practice group with patent prosecution related projects specific to their area of technology. Will also assist the Pharmaceutical and Chemical and Materials Technologies practice groups with the management of their prior art databases and duty of disclosure requirements for their domestic and foreign patent matters for specific clients. Must have Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of experience.
