Appellate Attorney The candidate will draft memoranda in support of federal court appeals of Social Security disability and SSI denials. Though the position is mostly one of research into statutes and case law as well as writing briefs, some oral arguments may be required. We are looking for someone with excellent writing skills and the ability to formulate cohesive and persuasive arguments in federal court. Knowledge of Social Security at the administrative level is a plus.
