Associate Attorney, Litigation Responsibilities: Encompasses motion practice, negotiations, pretrial hearings, motion calendar, mediations, settlement conferences, etc. Represent clients in Court (Federal and State). Prepare and draft legal documents. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Qualifications: Must have a Florida Bar License and be in good standing. Preferred experience in Homeowners Insurance. Preferred experience in general Insurance Litigation. Familiarity with various legal documents. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven leader and team-player. Experience in Employment Law a big plus.
