Legal Secretary/Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: Assist lawyers in administrative tasks. Manage correspondence with clients and partners. Accurately prepare and file legal documents. Communicate with clients through phone, email and in-person. Produce legal letters and documents for attorneys. Maintain confidentiality with client information. Present a professional appearance for clients. Answer and address attorney inquiries in a timely manner. Follow company policies and procedures. Complete other duties as assigned. Requirements: Associates degree preferred. 1+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary or Administrative Assistant required. 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and PC Law) preferred. 1+ years of experience in law is a plus. Excellent administrative and word processing skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively. Extremely detail-oriented, goal-driven and organized. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Exhibits strong research and writing skills.
