Workers' Compensation Attorney The candidate will be day-to-day handling cases. Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum. Guiding clients through the case process. Interacting with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits. Attending and preparing for depositions, meditations, hearings, and court appearances. Should have 3+ years of workers' compensation experience. Should have the ability to manage a high volume of cases / hearings. Should be licensed and in good standing with respective Bar. Should have excellent client service and communication skills, self-starter driven by long-term career goals, superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
