Seeking International Trade/Government Contracts Attorney with 1-3 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Candidate will have: (i) a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school, (ii) experience or interest in work with the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS); (iii) experience or willingness to develop expertise in the related subjects of government contracts, export control, and internal investigations; and (iv) experience or interest in developing expertise in transactional support (i.e., M&A and structured investments). In addition to CFIUS experience, specific experience with the following government entities is especially of interest: (i) the Department of Commerce s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS); (ii) the Department of State s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC); (iii) the Department of Treasury s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC); and (iv) the Department of Defense s Defense Security Service (DSS).
