Real Estate Paralegal The candidate should have 3-5 years experience in title and closing work. Primarily MA & some RI. Must have experience preparing CDs and must have good knowledge of clearing titles and understanding issues affecting title. The candidate will be responsible for all phases of residential closings from opening the file through the final title policy. Responsible for pre and post closing. Will be responsible for contact with customers, lenders and brokers on a daily basis.
