Finance Associate Attorney - Fund Finance The candidate must preferably have 2-3 years of experience. Specific experience working on debt finance transactions with private equity and venture capital funds is required. Significant experience drafting and negotiating loan documents and reviewing limited partnership agreements for private equity and venture capital funds are needed. A proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple transactions simultaneously is essential. Must have the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form; strong attention to detail and desire to work in a team environment and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
