Paralegal - Capital Markets The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all facets of commercial lending. Draft and recording assignment documents. Prepare and record financing statements. Assist attorneys with the closing process. Conduct UCC searches and filings. Extensive document review. Must have paralegal certificate. College degree preferred. Extremely detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills and be able to work independently and in a team environment. Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
