Consumer Class Action Litigation Associate Attorney Candidate will have direct involvement in all aspects of litigation. Will develop cases, work with clients, research and draft pleadings, participate in oral arguments, oversee discovery, take and defend depositions, assist in forming case strategies, and work with experts. The candidate must have superior academic credentials. Must be a member of the Bar in at least one US state. California bar membership and residency are preferred but not required. Must have 2 years of litigation experience at a large law firm. Graduated from top law schools and worked at prestigious national defense firms. Must be self-motivated, responsible and confident.
