Litigation Attorney The candidate will assist on real estate and business transactions and litigation. It will include work on commercial disputes and litigation. Looking for an attorney to handle a sophisticated motions practice and discovery for its real estate, construction and business litigation docket. Responsible for screening cases, engaging clients for representation and some case management. Work also include client consultation on projects resulting from contract review and evaluation. Should be exceptional and experienced legal writers, have a solid understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and the litigation process. Must have 2+ years of experience. Must have proven ability to manage a docket of cases. Case analysis and evaluation. Experience in billing detailed time entries is required. A Landman or real estate litigation background is a big plus.
