Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. Will be comfortable with all aspects of case management, including high volume discovery, trial preparation, and other litigation related requests, as needed. Legal fact and basic legal research. Discovery. Assist with case management and trial preparation. Draft documents. Organize and electronically file pleadings. The candidate should have Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Must have 5+ years of experience. Construction experience preferred. Must be organized, diligent and thorough.
