Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join personal injury law practice. Candidates for this position must have: prior experience in personal injury or insurance defense; strong organization, communication, and time-management skills; excellent writing skills; empathy; and a desire to help others. The Paralegal will: work with the firm's attorneys every day; manage his or her own case load; maintain communication with assigned clients; update and disclose client files and records; draft and file disclosures, discovery, pleadings, etc.; prepare cases for trial; assist attorneys at trial; and help firm clientele with communication and issue resolution with medical providers and insurance companies. Experience with Needles is a plus.
