Pre-Litigation Paralegal Candidate will be tasked with interviewing clients, setting up new files, writing letters, and providing customer contact by keeping up to date with clients regarding their treatment status. Will be working as part of a team to create the best experience for clients that are experiencing a difficult time in their lives. Will report to team of paralegals and attorneys, and keep them updated on client treatment status. will also be provided with support from our team of paralegals, lawyers, and office managers. Must have high school diploma, or equivalent. We are looking for a detail oriented employee who excels at interpersonal communication. Experience with typing, providing customer service, and working in a professional setting required.
