Senior Paralegal - Bankruptcy The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in secured creditor work needed for expanding law firm. Must have experience with preparing and reviewing the following: motions for relief from stay; proof of claims; chapter 13 plans and loss mitigation pleadings. Must have experience with cm/ecf, lps, dmm portal and chapter 13 trustee websites, as well as familiarity communicating with courts, trustees, clients, debtor's counsel and pro se debtors. Must excel in a fast paced environment, organize and track status of cases, maintain calendar of hearings and deadlines for high volume of cases, and possess excellent communication skills. supervisory experience a plus.
