Bilingual Immigration Paralegal Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in gathering pertinent data, documents, and records, and with case management, calendaring, and preparation for hearings; assist with the preparation and filing of petitions, including drafting, proofreading, editing, and fact-checking. Prepare EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2, PERM, family-based petitions, I-485, H-1B, L-1A, and E-2 applications. Draft responses to RFEs, NOIDs and extension requests. Perform research in both internal and external databases; analyze and summarize findings to better prepare attorneys in answering legal questions. Research on periodic changes in immigration policies and regulations. Communicate with attorneys, clients, and consultants on different legal matters. Create and deliver legal training to business and marketing teams. Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university; Advanced degree or Paralegal certificate a plus. Strong writing and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented. Ability to prioritize and handle a fast-paced environment. Punctual and reliable.
