Commercial and Construction Real Estate Attorney Candidate will be responsible for reviewing title work, closing real estate transactions, drafting legal documents, and communicating with all parties: sellers, buyers, brokers, lenders, etc. Will work for a premier real estate firm that focuses on fostering a superior work environment while providing premier legal services to Alabama's real estate community. Bar License/Certification is required. Must have 2+ years of construction and commercial experience. Must be detail-oriented, organized and possess superior interpersonal and customer service skills. Must be capable of multi-tasking while maintaining precise attention to details.
