Trusts and Estates Attorney The candidate will prepare various estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Will maintain form libraries for the Trusts & Estates practice group. Assist with the administration of trusts, including Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts. Prepare summary charts outlining client estate plans. Should have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Should preferably have 3+ years of experience drafting estate planning and trust administration documents, including wills, trusts and powers of attorney. Experience with HotDocs or other document compilation software is desirable. Experience with estate and trust administration is a plus. Associates, counsel and partner candidates are encouraged to apply.
