Associate Attorney The candidate should have 3 years of experience, to assist in the handling of civil litigation with some pre-litigation claims. Will be expected to manage an active case load of cases in pre-litigation and litigation (with the help of a support team), effectively work up cases, negotiate settlements, participate in discovery and law and motion, and, if necessary, to take the case to trial for the client. Should have California Bar License.
