Associate Attorney - Employment Litigation Responsibilities: Expected to quickly get up to speed regarding the federal employment process with the goal of managing one's caseload. Will bill 1,560 hours per year. Direct client contact. Manage full-cycle litigation for cases in front of the EEOC, MSPB, OFO, OSC, and OPM. Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and other case-related documents. Negotiate settlement agreements. Conduct hearings in person, telephonically, and via video conference. Advise clients regarding their employment matters. Duties: Should have an active bar license anywhere in the United States. Experience representing federal employees in employment claims, federal court litigation experience, or other experience needed in a general federal litigation practice. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential. Time management skills and problem-solving skills. Outstanding attention to detail. The ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines. The ability to work both independently and in teams.
