Family Law Attorney The candidate should be a Active membership in the California State Bar. Must be capable of paying attention to client's concerns and needs. Should have knowledge of family law is helpful but not necessary if applicant has other relevant experience and is willing to learn (sometimes on your own time and expense). Must have professional appearance and display professional and appropriate demeanor at all times. Prefer some trial experience. Should have ability to deal with people tactfully and effectively. Must complete billables each day and be capable of keeping accurate track of client expenses. Must be enthusiastic to work with firm owner and is capable of being supervised. Should have regular contact with attorney and support attorney in all cases. Must fit into the firm's policies and way of conducting business and representing clients and follow those policies (which are ethical and in keeping with Professional Rules of Responsibility). Bar (Preferred) and Spanish (Preferred).
