Tax Attorney - Case Resolution Duties: Communicating with clients and overseeing case to resolution, Prepare and review financial documents to determine the best resolution, such as Offer in Compromise, Installment Agreements, Currently Non-Collectible and Penalty Abatement for IRS and State tax agencies, Communicate with all Federal and State tax agencies to obtain the best resolution for clients; release wage/bank levies; secure holds and meet deadlines., Prioritize case load and able to handle large volume of cases, Ability to complete and close cases on a weekly basis. Qualifications: Bar licensed Attorney in good standing; open to attorneys licensed in other states. but 1-2 years tax resolution experience preferred. Previous tax resolution experience will get immediate consideration. Recent graduates or to individuals in their last year of legal degree. Strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent client servicing skills. Self-sufficient and well organized with a strong work ethic. Able to work independently and also within a team. Attention to detail, patience, and the ability to prioritize a must.
