Paralegal/Legal Assistant Personal Injury The candidate will support to attorneys, clients, and colleagues. Will be responsible for handling pre-litigation personal injury cases primarily form the treating phase through demand stages. Responsibilities: Proactively provide support to injured client; Establish professional relationships with clients in order to obtain vital case related information; Gather, review and analyse medical records in preparation for demand and negotiation phases; Collaborate with and provide support for Attorney; Maintain electronic and paper files; Must have minimum of 2 years experience as a personal injury Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Case Manager. A should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual - English / Spanish - Must be able to speak, read and write both languages. Experience of 1 year (Preferred). Spanish (Preferred).
