Associate Attorney The candidate must have 2+ years of experience practicing in complex civil litigation (class actions, mass actions, and representative actions). Should be admitted to practice by the State Bar of California. Will have experience in "wage and hour" class and PAGA representative actions, a strong desire to help the firm's clients obtain justice, the ability to work with a team or alone as necessary, practical civil litigation experience, a solid academic background, problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the motivation to succeed.
