Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for full case responsibility for defense of property damage insurance claims; drafting of pleadings, motions, memorandum of law, and responses thereto; attendance and participation in hearings and depositions; attendance at mediation. The candidate should preferably have 1-2 years insurance defense litigation experience. SAO or PD experience with trial experience are preferred. Property damage and/or insurance claims experience is beneficial. Must possess strong oral advocacy ability and excellent, grammatically correct writing skills. Experience taking and defending depositions, familiarity with Fl. Rules of Civil Procedure, motion practice, and client relations is preferred. Should be a member of The Florida Bar. Must be tech savvy. Should have excellent research and writing skills.
