Paralegal - Immigration The candidate's duties include: To conduct research to support legal proceedings. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Familiarity with USCIS and NVC processing. Should have previous experience as a paralegal. Must have familiarity with legal research and writing. Must have minimum 2 year experience. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
