Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for important work, including: Analyzing case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing with the appropriate government agency; Writing and preparing motion for filing with the Immigration Court; Communicate with clients in Spanish regarding procedural and case processing issues; Assist attorneys and other team memes to manage the caseload. 1-3 years of immigration law experience is required. must have experience in removal defense. Should be Bilingual (English/Spanish).
