Workers' Compensation Attorney The candidate will be handling all aspects of representing carriers and employers in NYS Workers' Compensation matters. Opportunity for limited work in Supreme Court as well. Should preferably have 1-3 years of experience, working knowledge of Workers' Compensation laws and procedures, the ability to handle large caseloads and juggle multiple priorities & deadlines, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
