Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support two attorneys-Senior partner and one associate. Handle communication with clients, witness etc. Gather medical records from treating providers. File documents with the Court. Administrative support and attend trials. Prepare case briefs and summary deposition, interrogatories, and testimony. Conduct investigation and documentary research. Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars. Type up and file basic documents and correspondence.
