Medical Malpractice Paralegal The candidate should have experience in plaintiff's medical malpractice. Should have excellent typing, telephone, client contact, organizational skills to open cases, process authorizations for medical records; electronically file pleadings in the NYSECF, prepare discovery requests, monitor discovery demands, prepare pleadings, briefs, experience with Trial Works software a plus, utilize MS Work, Excel, WordPerfect; prepare spreadsheet for case lists.
