Associate Attorney The candidate must be familiar with or willing to learn creditor's rights laws for Utah, FDCPA and other applicable rules and/or Federal Regulations. Utah Bar (Required) - Need to be an attorney licensed in Utah. Experience with creditor's rights laws preferred. Should have Computer skills and knowledge is a must: MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat. Responsibilities: File review; Drafting pleadings, motions, etc. Communicate with opposing counsel and opposing party in a professional and courteous manner; Must be able to travel to court and handle cases in the litigation cycle; Must be able do legal research and have good writing skills. Perform other general office duties as required.
