Associate Attorney - Bankruptcy/Criminal Law/Personal Injury The candidate will assist with the firm s criminal, DUI, and civil traffic infraction practices. Prior experience in either Bankruptcy or Criminal is required. Experience in bankruptcy law firm experience is strongly preferred. Should have knowledge of both the Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy process and have the ability to skillfully draft petitions, schedules and plans, pleadings, motions, and client communications to assist with new and on-going cases. Must have extensive phone and personal interaction with new clients, existing clients, opposing counsel and the courts. Computer skills should include a proficiency with MS office programs and experience with electronic court filing. Experience using Best Case is a plus.
