Personal Injury Attorney/associate The candidate will be provided autonomy to excel with duties to include: Communicating directly with clients develop case valuation & strategy; Handle pre-litigation files to settlement; Handle and manage litigation files from inception through trial, if desired; Prepare motions and memorandums of law; Prepare pleadings, discovery, demands and responses; Draft reports and provide file analysis. WA Bar membership in good standing is required. Should have 2 years of personal injury experience or 5 years overall legal experience. Must have strong communication and MS Office Skills. Should have advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (with emphasis on Word, Excel, Outlook).
