Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for case and trial preparation in the Products Liability department. Will provide on-site trial support. Bachelor's or Paralegal degree is required. Must have 3 years of experience. Should be capable of composing, typing, proofreading, self-editing, and preparing graphs and tables. Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and simple databases. Should be able to travel for extended periods of time and work long hours when needed. Knowledge of rules of evidence and trial procedures is required.
