Litigation Legal Secretary The candidate should have superior typing/transcription skills (75wpm). Excellent working knowledge of federal and circuit court e-filing, rules and procedures is required. Exceptional grammar, punctuation and proofreading skills are required. Must have strong verbal and written communication abilities. Should have ability to assist clients in person, via emails and via telephone. Must have ability to open, close and maintain files using firm document management system and procedures. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint. Knowledge of case management software is a plus. 1+ years of Litigation experience is preferred. 1+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary is preferred.
