Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist on CD and PI cases in all phases from intake, investigation, property damage (inspection, evaluation, and settlement), coordination with medical providers and other professional/experts, claims presentation and evaluation, pleadings, discovery, law and motion, to ADR, and trial. Will respond to and propound discovery. Maintain direct communication with clients. The candidate must have a Paralegal certificate. Must have 5+ years Personal Injury experience. Experience with insurance defense billing and reporting requirements, a plus. Strong knowledge of State and Federal Rules of Court essential. Proficiency with E-Filings needed.
