Immigration Attorney The candidate will handle the entire process from the first consultation through completion of the immigration process and must have experience in the following areas: Individual Hearings; Immigrant/Non-immigrant Visas; Adjustment of Status; Naturalization; Work permits; TPS; DACA; RFE; Removal Proceedings; Bond Hearings; Cancellation of Removal Proceedings; Application for Asylum and for Withholding of Removal; Waivers;; EB-5 and H-1B;; Drafting and submitting BIA Appeals; and; Drafting and submitting Motions to Reopen/Reconsider. 2 years of experience in Immigration Law preferred. Licensed to practice in Texas and is in good standing preferred. Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish fluently. The candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
