Criminal Defense Attorney The candidate must have a California State Bar and 3+ years of experience practicing criminal defense. Willing to train new attorneys who have a passion for the work and the bones to do it. Must be able to research and write motions, and most of all, be businesslike in their approach to work, that is; efficient, meticulous, honest, dedicated, and willing to grow with the firm. Must be a team player who is familiar and responsive with all forms of online communication, online case management software, word, pdf, etc. Type A person is a plus. Must be comfortable using Apple Mac Computers and OS software. Native Spanish speakers a big plus. Felony jury trial experience is also a big plus.
