Corporate Paralegal - Fund Services The candidate will be preparing formation documents, qualifications to do business, tax IDs. Reviewing subscription agreements and preparing tracking spreadsheets. Preparing amendments and other documents. Organizing and maintaining various databases and entities' files. Providing support in transaction matters, such as financings. Handling and distributing closing documents. Helping with securities and state filings. Assisting with communications to clients and holders. Other various business-related projects. Bachelor s Degree or Paralegal Certificate is required. Should have prior office experience, preferably in a law firm environment.
